1. Who we are

Jellocat is a trade name (DBA) of H2N LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States. When this Policy refers to Jellocat, it refers to H2N LLC operating under that name. You can reach us at hello@jellocat.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you complete our free visibility report form, our contact form, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address, city, monthly marketing budget, and the contents of your message. If you become a client, we may collect additional information needed to provide the Services; billing and account information for paid services is handled through our separate client portal.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and settings, device information, the pages you view, referring URLs, and the dates and times of your visits. We may collect this information using cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below).

Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from service providers that help us operate the Site and Services (for example, hosting, analytics, and communications providers).

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and prepare and deliver your requested visibility report;
• Contact you by phone, email, or text message about your inquiry and our Services;
• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Services;
• Send you marketing and promotional communications (which you can opt out of at any time);
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, and technical issues; and
• Comply with applicable laws and enforce our agreements.

4. Phone calls and text messages

When you submit a form that includes your phone number and check the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by phone call and text message (SMS) at that number regarding your inquiry and our Services. Calls and texts may be placed manually or, where permitted by law and with your consent, using automated technology. Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

You can opt out of marketing calls by telling us or emailing hello@jellocat.com, and we will add you to our internal do-not-call list. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Cookies and tracking

The Site does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Site and remember your preferences, and we may use analytics in the future to understand how the Site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect how the Site functions. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Where required by applicable law, we treat Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

• Service providers. With vendors that perform services for us, such as website hosting, lead delivery and messaging, email delivery, and analytics. These providers may process your information only to provide services to us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Jellocat, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• With your consent. When you direct us to share your information.

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

8. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. These may include the rights to know or access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information or of targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may also opt out of our marketing communications at any time. Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising them. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will inform you of the outcome as required by applicable law.

10. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any site you visit.

11. Children’s privacy

The Site and Services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by posting a notice on the Site). Your continued use of the Site or Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
